By using this website or the resident portal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the portal. These terms apply to residents, commercial tenants, and any other users of our services.

Portal accounts are created by invitation through a management access code. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Bills presented in the portal reflect charges under your occupancy agreement. Payments are processed by our payment provider in accordance with its terms. Receipts issued through the portal confirm payment of the stated amount.

The concierge platform provides information, suggestions, and coordination. It does not make bookings, reservations, or purchases on your behalf, and it does not enter into agreements with third parties on your behalf. Any arrangement you make with a third party, such as a restaurant or service provider, is solely between you and that party.

You agree not to misuse the website or portal, including by attempting to access other accounts, interfering with building systems, submitting false requests, or using the platform for unlawful purposes.

The website and portal are provided as is. While we work to keep information accurate and services available, we do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted or error free. Nothing in these terms replaces the rights and obligations in your occupancy agreement, which governs your tenancy.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or portal after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
